At the conference, Sciway will showcase the following product lines:
The X Series integrated nitrogen generators feature an aluminum alloy enclosure with a refined, minimalist design. Designed for laboratories with higher environmental standards, the X Series supplies gas for single LC-MS units from SCIEX, Waters, Agilent, Thermo Fisher, and Shimadzu.
The W Series integrated nitrogen generators adopt a compact and durable construction. They support single LC-MS systems from the same five major brands and can be configured to deliver nitrogen, zero air, and dry air simultaneously from one unit, suitable for a wide range of testing laboratories.
The BIO Series high-flow integrated nitrogen generators can simultaneously supply 2 to 3 LC-MS systems from a single unit, with independent outlets and stable pressure regulation for each instrument. This makes them ideal for multi-mass-spec platforms and clinical mass spectrometry centers.
The F-NA Series split-type centralized gas supply systems house the compressor and membrane modules in a dedicated plant room, distributing gas through piping to multiple mass spectrometers. This configuration suits labs with 3 or more instruments or cross-room layouts.
All four series above utilize polymeric hollow-fiber membrane separation technology, meeting the nebulizer gas, curtain gas, and dry gas requirements of LC-MS systems.
For GC/GC-MS carrier gas applications, Sciway will also present the Y Series high-purity nitrogen generators, which employ PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) carbon molecular sieve technology, suitable for GC carrier gas, FID make-up gas, and headspace injection.
Technology at a Glance

 

Sciway nitrogen generators follow two distinct technological pathways based on application. The LC-MS lines (X, W, BIO, F-NA) all use membrane separation—quiet, compact, and low-maintenance, producing nitrogen on demand. The GC line (Y) uses PSA molecular sieve technology for chromatography applications requiring ultra-clean carrier gas. The two routes are complementary rather than competing; laboratories can select the appropriate combination based on their instrument configuration.
